The CRT supports its activities in a Quality System based on the ISO-EC-17000 standards
Activities:
- Guarantee the application in the daily operations of the Quality Management System.
- Coordinate audits in the different areas of the CRT.
- Recommend improvement actions.
- Application of inspections to all areas
- Verify compliance with the provisions of manuals and procedures.
- Follow-up on Non-conformities
- Corroborate the correction by the corresponding department of the deviations found in the audits, evaluations, and diagnoses.
- Personnel induction and training.
